"It was so disgusting that we refused to stay, for a Wyndham property it was disgraceful"

Location

Bug infestation, filthy bath tub. We refused to stay at the hotel. Front desk clerk knew of the bugs and filthy tub and still rented the room. Then she double charged my credit card, whomever the GM is should lose their job. They are in the hospitality business and the place was disgusting and should be taken off your site as it makes Booking.Com guilty by association.

My reservation had issues with the type of bed I booked. I booked a king and got two queens and even though I booked using a third party the staff still immediately fixed my reservation. They was amazing
