La Quinta by Wyndham Round Rock North

The room was filthy. Lots of hair in the shower. Floor was so gross we all had to keep our shoes on in the room. The breakfast area was sticky and breakfast staff was rude. it felt like there was no ac in the lobby or breakfast room or elevators/hallways. Hallways and elevators smelled bad. No working ice machine.

This is a very old hotel that has had a cheap face lift. The rooms are in dire need or repair/renovation. Rusted metal pieces that have been painted over, the rooms are filthy, and to top it off the Tvs don't work. I mentioned these issues to the receptionist and he just shrugged his shoulders. This hotel is not worth the price of admission. Do yourself a favor and find other lodging if possible.

I love this property, it is my go to every time I come to Round Rock

Easy to get to, clean and friendly staff

Ice machine was broken and we could hear the upstairs room walking around all night

Accessability

I was on the 2nd floor the key pad didnt work on the 1st room i told the front desk, he sent me up w/ another key. When I had told him it was the key pad. 2nd time still didnt wrk. He put me in a 3rd floor rm 324 the TV didnt wrk. He told me he had no other rooms available. I told him I was not staying if I didnt have a tv.
