How this place is still open is mind boggling. Hotwire refunded us our money... if you know anything about Hotwire you know this is a miracle. We checked in to two rooms... Both were disgusting!! (This is putting it mildly.) Run!!! Do not book here!!! Health Department really does need to shut this place down.

We didn’t even stay the night. We felt so unsafe that we had to drive home in the middle of the night.

Good location but towels were stained and damp. After two days got new towels but they were also stained. Bed sheets were stained. I was told to gather the sheets and take them to the laundry room but I don't work there. Housekeeping should should provide cleans towels and sheets to new guests. Two lights went out and we're never fixed. Room overall in decaying condition.

When we first checked in we didn't notice the smell but we did notice how dirty the place was. There was garbage on the floor, towels were grossly dirty and there was blood on one of the pillow cases. After being in this place for about 15 minutes we couldn't stand the smell anymore. Something must have died in that place! It was intolerable!!! Since no manager was to be found we cut our loses and left.

Do not book here. I booked a room 1 week prior to our trip. I booked a room with double beds. I got to the place and the guy told me they didnt have any available i told him well if you dont have what i booked then give me a refund. Once i brought up leaving and wanting a refund he mysteriously had a room. Glad i decided to leave my stuff in the car when i went in to see what it looked like. Theres was 2 beds one had dead spiders all over the covers and the other one had bed bugs clustered in the pillow and pillow cases not only that it looked as if it had poop smeared all over the other pillow. The room smelled horrible it was dirty and i was sooo mad there was no way me and my daughter was staying there. Ended up going to quality inn.. very nice clean and friendly staff

I try not to be critical but this place shouldn't even be listed with your company. Someone used my name and reservation, so the guy had to give me a different room. No explanation on how the mix up occurred. The room didn't have proper towels and they were dirty. The linens didn't seem clean either. I've never rated any place this low and I've been to some 2 star and lower places in my youth that were better

We were looking for a quick weekend get away. I will say it was clean but it's definitely not a 4 or 5 star. Walls are very thin. Suspicious activity around you so be very careful if you are staying here.

This place was dirty and unsafe. There was a person who was drunk and high in the next room yelling and cussing all night. At one point we feared he would take out a gun and start shooting. We called the manager and reported it. The management did not do anything about it. The room was dirty and had cigarette butts behind the nightstand. The room was noisy and you could hear interstate noise all night. We check out the next morning and the would not refund our money for the nights we did not stay there. Orbitz was not helpful with this issue at all. I am considering not using Orbitz anymore either.

The day manager did not seem concerned that we had booked a handicap room AND PUT US ON THE SECOND FLOOR. I was also told that they would assist in obtaining our breakfast in the morn. We will see.

They tried putting me in 3 different rooms the 1st smelt like smoke and had someone’s stuff in it the second had pee all over the toilet and the 3rd had roaches crawling on the wall he told me I couldn’t get a refund until the next day now I have to sleep in my car
