Customer service friendly.

Filthy accommodations..dirty toilet and tub..no soap, no trash can, dead bugs and ancient candy bars in kitchenette drawer, no blanket for bed, no washcloths..the 2 towels provided were covered in dust. We asked for a new room and were graciously shown 2 options..both of which were worse!! Should not be considered a hotel...should be considered a landlord abandoned apartment complex that should not be renting to the traveling public.

Killed about 5 or 6 roaches within an hour of being in room 145 then had to move all our things to another room. Didn’t even have a trash can in the rooms! Burn holes in all the covers!

The room wasn’t cleaned before we checked in from the previous guests. We drove for 19 hours and didn’t have the energy to say anything last night. Slept in our clothes and left extremely early just to get out of there.

Dirty & disappointing

No ice machine, no coffee machines, dirty furniture, people using their room furniture to sit outside, bed like a hammock, no answer at the front desk but walk over and she is there, smelly trash spilling out of cans, gal's name written on side of mirror with a dollar sign (?), I could go on and on... We left after the first night and forfeited our remaining money for two more nights.

How would i know? I paid for a room and when I arrived i was told there was no vacancy and I was (sarcastically said) 'upgraded" to motel 6. Where I paid again. (I think, she took my visa but i couldn't understand what she was saying through the glass). Expedia has been no help so far and i don't expect things to get better.

Nasty rooms

This place is the nasty place I have ever stayed in. Everything was dirty. The kitchen had food in the sink. Don’t ever stay here. There was dirt on the walls. Dead Bugs everywhere. Front desk is rude

I loved the location. I will def be frequently coming back!
