The staff were excellent . Especially James, Martin and Maximo. Really helpful and polite. They are a credit to Miami.

It had cold air, clean sheets.and felt safe as an elderly and solo traveller.

Location was ok

Room wasn't ready when arrived. Had issues with hotel Internet whilst trying to process my details, in total took 30 minutes. Room was small, sofa bed very uncomfortable. Light outside room window flashing on/off ALL NIGHT. Bathroom vanity unit in very bad state of repair. Shower leaking water from shower tray all over the floor and soaked my clothes. No coffee/tea or bottled water in room. A very strong smell of cannabis in the building. No security.

Alles in der Küche ist dreckig, das Checkin mit dem Parken hat nicht funktioniert und wir mussten 60 dollar selbst bezahlen obwohl ich parking gratis hatte! Das zimmer ist extrem klein! Keine möglichkeit für kleider! Das bad und die dusche alles verrostet und voll kalk. Ich wusste nicht wo die sachen sind für das bett sofa für meinen Sohn! Beim Fester gab es ein Ameisen Nest! Mein Sohn wurde überall gestochen. Die klima anlage überhalb des kopfes im bett ist schrecklich!

I was very disappointed with this accommodation. Upon our arrival, we immediately noticed that the front door was not locking properly and was left open. We reported the issue right away, but nothing was done to fix it during the entire 10 days of our stay. When we entered the room, we found it to be extremely small and there was a strong smell of dampness and mold. The odor remained throughout our stay and was particularly unpleasant and intense. Another major issue was the very thin plaster walls. We could hear absolutely everything from the hallway and neighboring rooms, including snoring and even people having sex. Privacy and sound insulation were practically nonexistent. The location is not great either. The beach is almost a 30-minute walk away, and if you want to go out for dinner, you also have to walk quite a distance to reach the main avenues with restaurants and services. Considering the price of around $200 per night, this accommodation was definitely not worth the money. Finally, during the 9 nights we stayed, the room was never cleaned, which was very disappointing. Overall, I would not stay here again and would not recommend it.

Nada, no me gustó nada, no estaba la recepcionista, no había baños públicos, no contestaron el teléfono de servicio al cliente y al final no me hospedé porque al llegar ya habían otros huéspedes instalados en mi habitación!!

Esa falta de seguridad me dio demasiada desconfianza. A como me dieron a mí el código de una habitación ocupada, así mismo le hubieran podido dar el código de mi habitación a alguien más. Imagínese dejar mis pertenencias en la habitación y salir a disfrutar del lugar con la confianza que respalda booking a una estancia y al llegar no encontrar nada o peor aún, llegar yo a la habitación que me habían asignado y encontrar pertenencias de otra persona que después diga que yo le hurté algo… es increíble la falta de coordinación, otro huésped tuvo que llamar al número personal de la recepcionista porque al llegar al lugar no había nadie que se responsabilizara y no nos contestaron al número asignado para servicio al cliente. Me dieron otra habitación pero no la acepté por el temor que me dio tanta inseguridad. Esto nunca me había sucedido con ningún otra aplicación de estancia. Requiero por favor me devuelvan el dinero ya que no me hospedé ahí, cuando llegue y abrí la habitación ya habían personas en esa habitación. Imposible quedarse ahí bajo esas circunstancias solicito urgentemente la devolución de mi dinero ya que no utilicé el hospedaje por razones fuera de mi poder.
