Sauber und ordentlich, allerdings sehr klein und wenig Platz um Gepäck zu verstauen. Bett war bequem. Kleine Küchenzeile. Fenster zum öffnen und Klima. TV funktionierte in unserem Zimmer nicht. Kontakt mit Personal am Telefon und am Abreisetag persönlich. Mitarbeiter waren nett und freundlich.

Aufgrund von Verzögerungen am Flughafen waren wir erst gegen 19:30 Uhr an der Unterkunft. Die Rezeption war nicht mehr besetzt. Von der Unterkunft hatte ich im Vorfeld keinen Zugangscode erhalten, sondern musste anrufen, damit mir dieser zugeschickt wird, obwohl ich das Zimmer bereits behalt hatte. Kosten für den Anruf ca. 8€. Ärgerlich aber ich dachte es war mein Fehler, dass ich überlesen hatte, dass ich nur bis zu einer bestimmten Uhrzeit einchecken kann. Nachdem wir unser Gepäck im Zimmer abgestellt hatten, waren wir nochmal unterwegs. Beim wiederkommen funktionierte der Türcode nicht mehr. Wir mussten erneut anrufen und das Personal hat uns schnell und freundlich geholfen. Allerdings hat uns der Anruf wieder 12€ gekostet. Die Mitarbeiter haben diesen Umstand bedauert, aber die Kosten nicht erstattet, obwohl es keine andere Möglichkeit gegeben hätte, wieder in unser Zimmer zu kommen.

A cute place with a hipster-style vibe and a lovely little garden area that gives the hotel a charming and relaxed atmosphere.

Overall, it was a bit of a challenging stay for us. Since we arrived close to midnight after coming from another city, there was no staff available at the time. Because of that, we had a hard time finding the correct parking area. Someone tried to help us via booking messages, but we accidentally parked in the wrong lot next to the hotel parking, which resulted in a $40 mistake 😞. Having a vending machine in the lobby area for water/ beverages would be really appreciated . The most difficult part, however, was entering the room. The digital keypad on the door wasn’t working, so every time we wanted to enter we had to open the lockbox, take out the key, and put it back again, which became quite inconvenient.

Talvez lo unico fue que no pudimos utilizar la tv . Falta por mejorar que haya cafe o por lo menos agua

Boujee for the price, loved how many towels there were, THE RAINFALL SHOWER loved it, reviews don’t hype this place up enough like even with customer service 24/7 u can call them n get help! I think I called them around 4 times in total, 2 times before i booked to double check the process and 1 time just after because i couldn’t figure out the door and 1 time at like 1am because couldn’t figure out which out of 10 car parks it was! I appreciate the effort gone into maintaining this place thank you so much for giving a great start to my holiday!

We were late to check out by like 45 mins nearly an hour we did communicate with them we were leaving but the cleaning lady came like 3 times every 10 mins which made packing up more stressful lol, don’t blame em tho they have a service to do, so still 5 stars from me
