Cuc Phuong Bungalow

I really enjoyed by stay here. The wooden bungalows are on stilts and have a lot of character. Basic facilities - no air con etc - but there were two fans in my room and a much needed mosquito net. Shower etc was good and bed was comfortable. I ate every evening on site. Location is great - less than 3km from national park entrance. Through the just I rented a motorbike - 200,000 VND per day - through the host. The host offered me a taxi service to my next stay at the Grab rate. In general the the host was really helpful. I would definitely stay with him again if I were to revisit Cuc Phuong NP again.

The chairs on the veranda were not terribly comfortable. Something kinder on the back / backside would not go amiss!

Really quiet, close to the national park. The room and beds were ok, the mattress was a little bit hard. The food was alright. The owner tried to make us a comfortable stay, communicating was sometimes a struggle.

Not that much around. We rented bikes for 100k a day which we’re in good condition. Felt like a scam. Scooter rental was ok. Rooms weren’t the cleanest.

The owners were really nice and helpful. The property is rural and idyllic and away from all the tourists. The location is 3 minutes from Cuc Phuong which made it very convenient.

The bungalows are beautiful and in the middle of nature. We were driving with our motorbike through Vietnam and made a 1 night stop here. Parking could be done in front of our Bungalow. It was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was complete, a good size and clean. The bed is comfortable. The owners are very kind and speak English. Besides, they have a restaurant with good food. We would have loved to stay longer.

As the bungalows are in the middle of nature, there is obviously quite some small animals. The bungalows have many openings, so they do come inside. Unfortunately there was no mosquito net provided, but luckily we brought our own.

Super friendly owners. They couldn’t do enough to help us.

Very tired needs some TLC. There must of been a party booked whilst we were staying. Was such a noisy night stay.
