I always stay in 4 and 5 star hotels but this property changed my mind. Two Amazing large terrace with tables and chairs and kitchen.

Right in the middle of the town, rooftop was super nice, and the hosts gave us a recommendation to go hiking which we did because the weather was so great.

Horrible property. Dirty, disorganized, and had literal poop and puke throughout the unit due to outdoor animals living there after sneaking in. We also didn’t have working lights! So we had to use our cell phone flashlights. The main door couldn’t kept closed (for obvious safety reasons!). The owner NEVER answered back after several intents, no one gave us entrance instructions plus the stairs are extremely narrow which makes them super hard with luggage. We had 2 nights booked separately in this place, we only stayed one (unfortunately) because we got late and had no other option. Asked for a full refund with proof and pictures and booking just refunded me 10% of total payment because according to policies they couldn’t do anything else. DONT STAY EVER AT THIS PLACE!

The location was very central and convenient. Because the property was on three levels we had a good view to the sea and hillside.

We were surprised at the steepness and number of steps to access our room. The owner ensured he was there to take our bags up for us, but coming and going each day required great care to negotiate the 57 steps which are all different heights and sizes. Avoid at all costs if you have mobility problems. One of the hairdryers didn't work but when we mentioned it it was replaced with a new one. The rooms are very rustic and could do with some revitalising.

Great location, right in the centre of the old town. Loved the rooftop terraces. Yes, the stairs are steep, but you get use to them and it's worth it for the room and terraces! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Location

We were in the smaller of the two rooms. While it is quaint in a Cinque a Terra rustic way. It is a bit tired and in need of a spruce up. The toilet is difficult to use being close to the wall and the seat was loose causing some alarming movements mid use. The shower screen is almost falling off. The hair dryer was faulty but was replaced on request. The bed wasn’t comfortable for us as it sagged in the middle. The terrace that everybody raves about could be exceptional but it is tired and run down. Some water stained outside furniture and pot plants with weeds. Average at best.
