Location, location, location!

It can get crowded with families on weekends. Sunday breakfast was like a town fiesta 🤣 Good thing I checked out on a Monday and had the time to enjoy the breakfast buffet

The location is right at the mall, very convenient for dining and shopping. The staff are very courteous and helpful. Breakfast buffet is excellent, affordable and the menu choices are different everyday. Our room was cleaned and replenished each day.

"Our stay is ok"

Check in process took a while and rooms are not guaranteed ready despite their advertised check in time. Limited breakfast selection and staff needs more attention for food refills. Happy to have an iron and board in the room but room amenities are limited. Overall staff are friendly and courteous but for me service need to be improved. Not really a 4 star hotel experience for me.
