Location has an access to the mall so its great. Just didnt like that pool was very small and no bath tub.

I get that it’s connected to the mall but I find the place a little cramped. In the morning, you could hear other guests talking (loudly) in the hallways. Also, they could have placed jugs already filled with water. Instead, we had to do it ourselves, which was fine but the water dispenser on our floor was empty. I don’t remember how many times I attempted to go there but to no avail, empty! It’s so frustrating.

Stop sending emails offering late check out if you will not honor it (should the guest avail). I availed this, and received confirmation that this was approved, only to be told during check in that this is "subject to availability." Imagine the absurdity of a situation where I need to pack my bags at 12nn, because I can either re-check, or leave the hotel, without any certainty. The reason why I availed the late check out option--which the hotel offered--is because I have a flight late in the afternoon. This is not supposed to be contingent. Guests should be able to plan ahead. Again: stop offering this option if you will not honor it. And I hate that the receptionist made me feel like I owe him, because he apparently found ways to give me late checkout. The point is, I already availed it as offered! It should not boil down to the receptionist "finding ways" to give me what I am supposed to be entitled to. Next time I receive an email from Park Inn with regard to my stay, I will just delete it automatically. As a regular guest, the dip in the quality of service in this hotel cannot be ignored. I would seriously consider staying elsewhere next time.

Facility was well maintained, staff are friendly and helpful, rooms are comfortable, overall stay was an enjoyable experience. Recommended for returning to stay

Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience for a night stay in a clean and lovely place like this. One thing I have notice there's no recreational places for the kids to play. But, overall very good place.

Wonderful and relaxing stay. Already recommended this recommendation. The hotel was clean all around. We have already decided to come here and stay again the next time we are in town.
