"Perfect for Balikbayans!"

We actually extended our stay. It is conveniently connected to the SM North mall, so meeting up with family and friends is easy with a lot of dining options around. The room is clean, the housekeeping staff and front desk are friendly and helpful. They have good security as well. Buffet breakfast was fantastic!

I wish they provide 2 pillows per pax, the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash scent can be improved, something fresher and tropical. The suite room 1428 needs a vent or dehumidifier.

The crew in the dining area (CASA) are very accommodating and friendly. They would attend to your needs without even us asking. We would definitely come back over here and recommend this hotel to our friends because of the wonderful experience. Shout out to polite and helpful crew, Mariel, Angelica, Tine, and Micah, making our stay over here an extraordinary one.

"Clean and comfy"

"Very near to mall for shopping, but there is a need to improve facilities"

Supply was very limited. The additional bed was very old and out of style. The buffet was very limited, and the viands were mostly meat. Dried fish are not good-looking, and I think it was not properly cooked. The bathroom has a foul odor, and the exhaust fan needs to be upgraded.
