Great hotel with excellent service and comfortable accommodations. I would also like to commend the security guard stationed at the third-floor entrance from the mall, Sir Colis M. He was very courteous, friendly, and helpful. His friendly attitude and attentiveness made a positive impression and contributed to a pleasant experience.

​Loved it so much I extended my stay! ​I ended up extending my 1-night stay for an extra night, and even though I had to change rooms, the staff made it incredibly easy. The service here is top-tier, especially from housekeeping. Special thanks to Rhenz, Gaynell, and Ajelyn for being so attentive, polite, and thorough. They kept both rooms spotless and made me feel so welcome. Highly recommend!

"It was a good stay except for the lack of beds. Breakfast had a good variety."

Location. Breakfast was good.

I booked for 4 adults but there was only 1 bed in the room. They only gave 1 extra bed so my son had to sleep on the couch.
