What I liked about the property, is that it’s so close to the shopping mall.

What I didn’t like is the fact the you have to ask for some necessities. One example is asking for a bathroom tissue, there wasn’t a spare roll left. Imagine doing something with nothing to use. Also they only provided one tea per room and what’s funny is there’s two mugs.

We booked Park Inn by Radisson North EDSA for a family staycation in Quezon City and it absolutely delivered on value and location. The hotel is directly connected to SM North EDSA, which was a game-changer for us. No commute, no traffic, no hassle. Whenever our son got restless, we just walked straight over for meals, shopping, or play at Timezone. For families, that kind of convenience is priceless. The rooms were clean, bright, and spacious enough for all of us to settle in comfortably. Everything felt easy and stress-free, which is exactly what you want on a family trip. A special mention goes to Enrico, the bellman who assisted us with our luggage during checkout. He was warm, friendly, and so accommodating, handling everything with a smile and making sure we were taken care of right up to the moment we left. Those small touches of great service really stuck with us. If you've been wanting to explore Quezon City without stretching your budget, this is THE value staycation to book. Great location, comfortable rooms, family-friendly amenities, and standout staff like Enrico. We'll definitely be back!

We checked in because of our son's 3rd birthday, to celebrate intimately. Upon arrival everything is going smoothly from the front desk, I forgot the name the one who assisted us, she is very accommodating and polite and we feel overwhelmed because the guy in the front desk gave my son some craft materials, little gift for his bday. Thank you so much front desk. Thank you also to Diane (Housekeeper) for keeping our room cozy and clean. Thank you also to the girl dining staff who gave my son a slice of cake for his birthday during our bfast meal. We are so delighted, overwhelmed, grateful and satisfied staying here at Park Inn hotel. Thank you all and have a fruitful business ahead.

It is conveniently connected to SM North Edsa, so you have easy access to anything you may need such as grocery stores, pharmacy, shopping, and countless dining options. The hotel a cafe, where you can avail of the breakfast buffet. The staff are courteous and friendly, the housekeeping staff diligently cleans the room daily. Security if phenomenal.

Nothing actually. Just a few things to maybe improve such as their toiletries supply. The body wash, shampoo, and conditioner can be improved with a new scent, maybe something more fresh, citrusy, or tropical. I wish the standard number of pillows is 2 per pax (not just 1).
