Courtyard Austin South

MJ in the coffee shop was great and provided the best service. Food was good and the staff were all friendly. I will be staying here next time I’m in Austin. The rooms are clean and the facilities are all top notch. Also I loved that there were several other hotels and restaurants with in walking distance.

The WiFi in my room never worked.

Unfortunately I had to cancel last minute, but as per the Marriott Bonvoy Titanium program I can cancel at any time at no penalty. I have over 100 stays this year so far and have never had any issues when I've had to cancel last minute, until this hotel. Spoke directly to the hotel manager who was not willing to honor Bonvoy's program benefits. BE WARY IF YOU ARE A BUSINESS TRAVELER....

We had an issue with the room I booked as opposed to the room that I got. I was supposed to get a one bedroom suite with a balcony, but received a regular room. It wasn’t a problem as far as the cleanliness of the room. However, I paid more for room I didn’t get and was told that I wouldn’t be receiving any kind of compensation for the difference in price. The customer service, especially the gentleman that was working at night, was absolutely unacceptable.

Property was great, was in Austin for ACL and place was Clean, Safe. Would definitely stay here again.

The person who made my stay most pleasant was MJ. After taking my morning coffee order 1 time she had it memorised; after that I only had to give a nod of the head and my double espresso would arrive. Sometimes it is the little things that make the difference.

Hotel was clean and rooms have been updated. Room was updated and very clean. New carpet and flooring, fresh look! Got in late at night and the check in was very efficient. MJ at restaurant was super nice and helpful! Would absolutely stay again!

Honestly no complaints. Very clean (which is my biggest concern), beds are comfy and room is spacious! They were also very kind to let me check in early at 1pm and check out an hour later! Free parking and they gave us complimentary water when we checked in. Had a nice time and will definitely come back!

The hotel was clean and quiet. Bed was comfortable. Staff was super friendly when checking in, at the bar, and getting coffee in the morning. The internet was a bit slow on the higher floors. The coffee shop could get a bit backed up in the morning so I recommend making sure you have plenty of time. The parking was easy and ample. The hotel was on a side road where you could only go one way. It was a bit of a pain if you wanted to go the opposite direction hen the highway.

We are there for rest so it was a good choice for clean and quiet.
