Great location and very kind host. The apartment has good potential, but it would benefit from a bit more care and maintenance.

Cleanliness could be improved, as some dishes were not clean and there was an unpleasant smell in the kitchen and wardrobe. The hot water lasted for only one shower, and some parts of the apartment, like the bathroom door and the window, would need fixing. The shower is also quite old. Additionally, the balcony shown in the listing was not available.

Everything necessary was provided by the host. The location is excellent, it’s at the bus hub that will literally take you anywhere you want to go. If you like beaches it’s perfect too. Lili was an excellent landlady!

Location was great

The flat is not in good condition. The bathroom door doesn't shut, there isn't any hot water in the shower and the balcony door also doesn't shut. The weather was stormy during my stay and the wind and rain were blowing into the flat as the door wouldn't shut, it was cold and very noisy.

Posizione della struttura ottima per muoversi a piedi e, all’occorrenza mangiare vicino casa. Ci sono vari locali per tutti i gusti. Piccolo appartamento in condominio molto tranquillo e dotato di vari elettrodomestici per ogni esigenza. Cambio asciugamani già offerto e la lavatrice è assolutamente la cosa che più abbiamo apprezzato. Accoglienza impeccabile e disponibilità della proprietaria fantastici considerando che arrivavamo alle 9:30 del mattino dopo 12h di viaggio e ci hanno permesso di anticipare il check-in. Quindi assolutamente positivo il rapporto con i gestori. L’appartamento è una chicca.

Sul bagno suggerirei degli accorgimenti come la tenda doccia che sostituirei con una porta a soffietto solo per una questione di igiene. Quando stai dentro ti si appiccica addosso mentre ti lavi e sapere che si è attaccata a tanti di dietro non è proprio il massimo per un appartamento così centrale. Rivedere la rete del letto e il materasso perché un po’ arrivati e qualche dettaglio in più sulla pulizia lì suggerirei perché è un peccato perdersi per così poco visto ciò che offre l’appartamento.
