The room we stayed in was really hot without the heating on, not sure what the could do about it though. Although the coffee shop is really nice I got woken up at 7am by them dragging a trolley up the path of the hotel every morning.
GBAmazing room, perfect decor and bath in bedroom. Nice lighting, perfect for a romantic bath after a long day at work. Reepham is a gorgeous little town and it was so blissfully quiet at night. Bed was incredibly comfortable and shower was ace. Perfect little bed for our dog. We absolutely loved our stay. Oh and the breakfast!

The breakfast was extremely disappointing to say the least for the cost of the room a cooked breakfast should have been included. No staff whatsoever to meet and greet which was also disappointing

It was a very busy bakery -very yummy too! But we found visitors to the bakery very loud -(was our choice to have the windows open) would be our only negative comment
Incredible hidden gem of a hotel. Modern and unique with a zero staff check-in policy using digital keypads to access the rooms. Having breakfast included at the bakery downstairs was a real treat each morning! Fab location, the pub across the road is super too and hold a must visit quiz night!
Room was fantastic and also bathroom. I would just say that it was lacking of hospitality service like no one to talk to and dealing with finding places for dinner on a Sunday night was a big challenge . I was told that it seems to be the new way for B&B to be but a voice with a face is much appreciated.
GBDial House team were absolutely amazing! Great communication, our room was absolutely fantastic, breakfast each morning was great. We cannot recommend a stay here enough!
