Colorful design of the apartment

Not enough space for 2 adults and 3 children. A very dark apartment (almost without natural light). A lot of mold, especially in the bathroom. A very moist air, an unhealthy and unpleasant air in the apartment. Uncooperative hosts. Very bad decision to stay here.

Location is close to the Old town. Easy to find. Cozy interior.

You have to lower your head when climbing to the bed. The bathroom door does not close easily.

Full of amenities, comfortable

The apartment has a quite pleasant interior design, on two floors. It has a good location, about 15 minutes walk to the historical city center. The kitchen is equipped well enough. We were able to cook for us and the baby. There is a kettle and a coffee brewer (moka pot) and we started our days properly. There are several paid parkings nearby, if you need to leave your car. The hosting company also manages another neighbouring apartment which could be very convenient for a bigger company. The automated lock system failed and someone came to open the door for us even though it was late. In general, the apartment is quite nice and could be perfect for the right type of traveler.

Even though I liked the apartment, I thought the property management service was poor. The communication was very basic. We’ve had several issues which in my opinion were not addressed properly: - We requested a baby cot (and booked in the first place because they offered one). The request was confirmed and then I was told there had been a mistake and a cot wasn’t available. I was asked if the baby would sleep with us on the bed, to which I answered - not an option (if you’ve seen the photos, you know the bed is on the second floor, which has railings on one side for a wall and is not safe for a one-year-old). I asked if we could think of some alternative and I received the same answer again and again - a cot was not available and cots were provided based on availability. This is fair, however I would have expected from them to put in more effort. - We ended up not using the beds at all. This was our own decision, however, it was made due to the lack of a baby cot. In the booking confirmation message they send it is noted that if you need any bed arrangements, you have to ask prior to your stay, so I stated that we would like to sleep on the first floor. I was told we could use the apartment as we liked for the time of our stay. But there are no beds on the first floor. So we slept on the couch, which is not extendable - instead there is a sliding frame with a mattress on it that you pull from underneath and one of us basically slept on the floor. - They don’t have any arrangements with the parking facility which was not very clear in the beginning as it states reservation is needed. If you need to make one, assistance is not offered. The guy from the garage doesn’t speak English. Luckily, there were enough free spaces and we were able to leave the car without prior booking. - The automated lock system failed (which I now see in the reviews has happened several times) and we had to wait for an hour outside.

The proximity of the property to the central and most of sites is very nice.

The property is very dirty, the pictures of the property in Booking.com is different from what I see on the ground. The hygienic is very poor most of the facilities is old and dirty. The bathroom and the tap of of the sink is old and dirty. The house keepers ar doing no job. The utensils in the kitchen need to be changed because they irritates.

Great location.

The main door was locked and the staff didn’t help us via WhatsApp, the air conditioning is a life saver, even after turning the main floor was super cold but the bed upstairs was at least warm… the shower is way too cold (couldn’t shower) and the bathroom ist cold too.

The A. C. wasn't working properly and as the weather was cold we could not warm. The showerhead at the bathroom was broken and we can't shower well

The bed was very comfortable. They had air conditioning in the apartment. Only 15 minutes walk to the station.

Our room was split with upstairs and downstairs areas. The rails upstairs were shaking and were unsteady. You have to climb up the stairs carefully as it is quite narrow. Only half a toilet roll was provided which was a bit stingy I feel. The kitchen could have had a microwave.
