I really recommend this flat! Contact with the owner Perfect! Good level of english..nice And Kind Flat nerby City Center And old town. . 10 -12 Minutes walk from central Station Was very clean and everything was 100 % ok! Enough for our fammily for this quick time in Bari during our vacation time Air conditioning in good service :) really good backery 2 Minutes walk from flat with nice service

We were two families of 9 people altogether(a family of 4 in the one apartment and of 5 in the other). The thing that we really liked is the good location, because it's really close to the central railway and bus station.Besides it's like about 15 mins walk to the historical centre.It's ok when it comes to cleanliness. Another positive thing- the communication with the staff is very easy and they are quickly responsive.The kitchen is nice, there's enough equipment if one decides to use it.

In general, the apartments could be maintained in a better way! You can't advertise "a deluxe apartment"and then find out you have issues with the bathroom-the handle that regulates the hot and cold water in the bathroom for the shower was very unstable- it was falling almost all the time and the regulation of hot and cold water was difficult. And the wardrobes are small, especially for 5 people and for a longer stay it's not ok.One more thing, because the apartments are on two floors (maisonnettes) in the summer the air conditioner can't cool the second floor and at the same time those that sleep on the first one can get a cold.But I guess there isn't much that can be done.Tall people,beware of the very low ceiling on the second floor!You might bump your heads once or twice!😅For a couple of nights, let's say it's fine, but not for longer stays. All in all, not a very comfortable stay!
