"Comfy and friendly."

Really friendly staff. Large room with lots of space and very comfy bed. Very central. Nice and warm on a cold winter night.

Tasty breakfast. Good atmosphere. Cosy room. Very helpful & friendly staff.

Room 1 faces the main road so we were disturbed by delivery lorries from about 4am onwards...can't be helped but I would ask for another room next time

The room was small but so cosy. I was offered a larger room which i turned down because I wanted a bath. Staff friendly informative. Ideal setting in a beautiful historic town. Staying again in December

"Great stay - excellent location - lovely staff - breakfast exceptional"

Deluxe double room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Facilities were good from toiletries to tea/coffee. The stay was really good. Great location too. Breakfast in the morning was exceptional. I would 100% recommend.

WIFI was unreliable. That's the only small issue but managed without.
