The price and location were okay

Smelled of cigarettes and there wasn’t a single piece of cutlery or plate or pan, even though there is a kitchenette. It’s quite run down and lots of things are broken. Okay for the price, I guess …

The first staff member I talked to was a guy he was nice. But after that the lady was very rude.

Even tho I cleaned my room I still haven't received my deposit back. The deposit was a $100 that's a lot to just be keeping people's money. When I call no one answers the phone and I've emailed and still haven't received a response. So if you stay just know you will not receive your deposit back.
