"I was the only one out of my group trying to stay nice about my review but unfortunately I can't stay pleasant about"

I liked the care of the head housekeeper and desk attendants but unfortunately that wasn't enough to sway my rating of my stay .

It took an hour to find an acceptable room to stay in but it still had problems!!! If cable tv is included my tv and tv remote should work but it didn't. There was a hole in the bathroom wall . The fridge didn't get cool and kept making noises on and off all night . Unfortunately i couldn't talk to anyone upon check out because the office is closed on a Sunday. This isn't chick-fil-a or an actual apartment complex you guys should've been open especially when guests you get bookings for check out on Sunday !

"Disrespectful management"

I stayed 3 months do to a work contract. And the manager was extremely rude and I felt racist. It was below freezing for many days and they refused to fix my heater. I had to by a portable heater. And they still never fixed it 3wks, and I left that place. The manager John was so horrible.

"CLOSE THIS NASTY PLACE DOWN!!!"

Disgusting place, Dirty PTAC system smelled like smoke, stayed off for 45 minutes. Dirty bed, roaches on the floor, in the shower, and under the microwave. There were nails in the chairs, no cable for 21 days, confronted the front desk worker said they would handle it but never did. They didn't even check on me to see if the job was done. I ordered a non-smoking room, but some fools stayed outside in front of my door day and night, cursing, drinking, and smoking weed and cigarettes everyday. I told Red Roof about this they only gave me one free day, Really? After 21 days in hell that's all you have to offer? Very classy of you. When I requested more days they said no and closed my case, you guys are sick and inhumane, never rent from these people their not worth it.
