Check in was wonderful. The clerk was very nice. Don't get customer service like that much anymore

Was made to change my room for the 2nd night because the room I had wasn't supposed to have pets in the room. Was questioned about my service dog and if I told the clerk if I had him. He was in the office with me when I checked in. The room I moved to had been cleaned but had an odor to it. The bed had soft spots in it and then upon checkout I was told I would have to wait for my cash deposit back because no one on the premises could open the safe.

Checked in very late. Bed was broken where I almost rolled off all night. Stains on sheets, faucet dripped all night, toilet wouldn’t flush
