Terrible room bathroom door didn’t shut the tv volume jumped around cabinets were tore up and wouldn’t shut 100 deposit I haven’t received yet and you charged me 50 dollar deposit so I currently have paid 150 over the price I was given

There is nothing good about that place the so called GM Toya is not fit for that job she is doing so much under handed things there she takes people money then finds a reason to put them out there are so many water bugs there and the mattresses has holes in them if you asked her to put you in another room she threatens to move you out

Everything was great except for the noisy environment. I was on the first floor. I heard knocking on doors after 10pm, machines starting up and rumbling, someone moving furniture after 11pm?! It was so loud, I could not sleep throughout the night. Get a room away from the main street and probably second floor would be better.

Basic room that shows signs of age. Ot was clean and decent though.

When a question being asked to a on duty member, the response was rude! As that question should not have been asked. Wanted to know what is the latest one could check out? Ans:- if you want to checkout before 11am You can. Thanked her & walked away!

I had to pay $15.00 more to change my room from smoking to non-smoking. What about courtesy?

The stay was very disappointing. The room was dirty, with dusty furniture and a foul-smelling bathroom. Noise levels were unbearable due to thin walls, and the furniture was outdated and basic. There was no coffee maker, cups, or glasses—basic amenities you’d expect. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

I thought this was going to be a clean place, but definitely not. The door wouldn't open, we had to almost bulldoze it open. The room has a weird smell, the table is sticky. One of the beds has a weird stain on it and the bathroom is so small you can't shut the door. Not worth the $123 a night I had to pay. Will be taking photos to have proof.
