This hotel is disgusting

Bathroom counter chipped, AC didn’t work. It’s as if the room hasn’t been deep cleaned in many uses, especially the bathroom. Noise level excessive especially with the main road right outside “Reforma” and the fumes from the passing cars…a lot and very strong in the room. Closing the windows helped but then it got too hot in the room with no AC.

Estaba muy limpio, solo que el colchón de la cama estaba muy duro. Y no tenían toallas en el baño, ni siquiera para secarse las manos.

They had awful customer service.

None of the rooms have a mini fridge or a microwave. It is a pretty much NOT family oriented motel. First thing they ask you when you arrive is do you need it by the hour or all night?? So that tells you alot about this motel!! Not air-conditioned either. We reserved for a king size bed and they gave us a queen and would not accommodate us. When it was time to pay they charged us $20. More than originally priced. Highly DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!!

The staff good and good service they have good coffee all day

Este hotel no tenía agua para bañarse (muy poquita) el AC no servia, abentaba agua y hasta hielo. Mucho ruido de música fuerte, de gente y niños llorando o gritando.

There are no ice machines on site, it is freaking loud, guests with open doors playing loud music, there were no towels in the room and only received two small towels upon request. I found a bed bug & a thick curly dark hair inside the complementary plastic cups. The fitted sheet had dried BLOOD stains and a dried YELLOW stain. I killed three (3) BED BUGS in the bed. This place is terrible, I checked out immediately. I CANNOT BELIEVE HOTELS.COM ALLOWS THESE TYPE OF DUMPS ON THEIR PREFER LIST. TERRIBLE!
