HOTEL AZTECA INN

This is my new favorite place to stay oin ensenada. The price is fair, the suites are good and clean. The location is good for me.

I've stayed at this hotel before and i like its location. The suites are my favorite and the price is good. The only thing i did'nt like was that I had to pay for the stay at the time of arrival and it was cash only. I had been prepared to pay with card, but that was not an option.

The process

Our AC unit broke after the first night, it wasn’t too hot so we just decided to sleep with the windows open, also the smoke detector battery was low so the second night it kept us up since it kept on beeping, the light fixtures in the room weren’t all working and only one electrical outlet was working The mattress and pillows were super uncomfortable, our room smell and we had a blanket with a cigarette burn, overall we will never stay in this hotel again.

The hotel was 7/10 when we did check-in to pay the room we where not aware of them not taking any debit cards everything has to be paid with cash luckily we had cash in us. Second of all when we walked inside the room they didn’t I had towels so I had to go down to ask one of the cleaning lady it didn’t come until like an hour later. We got a Junior suite and I like how it did not have a phone to car reception I always had a call through my phone which I found this so annoying. The next day they clean my room and once again we were missing the towels so I call reception through my phone again literally a half past thirty minutes and I still have not got my towel so I had to go downstairs tell the cleaning lady about my towel. Just not a very organized hotel but it’s decent to stay at.

I reserved 4 rooms and when i got there they only had 3 they gave the other one away to someone else. Plus my room didnt have any towels and the other room didnt have air conditioning

We like that we can park directly in front of your room within a few feet. Room in the back and very quiet, rooms in the front are very noisy due to street traffic.

I like "Rey" in the reception

The lady in the receptionist was very rude and kept rolling her eyes at me when I was speaking to her. Our check in was at 1pm and I arrived 5 minutes before our check in and the receptionist told me that my room wouldn’t be ready until 3pm. I had a 15 at 4pm I wouldn’t make it in one hour to get ready. She said it wasn’t her fault that the room wasn’t ready on time. There’s a sign where it says that at 12pm is their checkout time. I was traveling from far away to get to the hotel and for them to tell me this is unacceptable. They should’ve let me known ahead of time. At the end, they ending up giving me the room at 2pm after I spoke to the supervisor. This place has bad customer service.
