Staff was very friendly and kind! Breakfast was good! Room, restroom, and lobby were clean!

Elevators were out, which they did call us the day before to let us know. The door to our room wouldn't open all the way, probably just needed the hinges adjusted. And the room smelled like dirt. We did let them know all this during our stay and I'm sure they'll get it fixed. This was just our experience.

"Never coming back"

Breakfast was so so,location was ok,elevators were broken and I have to walk all the way and back to/ from the 4th floor. They knew elevators were broken 2 weeks ago but I wasn't given notice so I can find another place to stay till the time to check in,and wasn't even offered any type of discount or compensation.

The elevators,I could have been notified about that

It smelt good

The elevator was broken. Our rooms were on the fourth floor. I booked two rooms for our family and they were on either ends of the top floor. I booked the room stating we were bringing children for the pullout couches. There were no linens and we were told that no pillows come with pullout couches. There was a used towel and one of the rooms and the other room had hair all in the shower, we were never given any other option, but to stay in those rooms and quite honestly lugging all of our luggage and two small children up and down for flights of stairs was not good. We will not return.
