Casa molto pulita e molto spaziosa ..noi eravamo in tre famiglie per un totale di 11 persone ..siamo stati benissimo ..posto tranquillo che dista 25/30 minuti a piedi dalla stazione centrale di la Spezia.

C'è poco parcheggio ma puoi lasciare tranquillamente l'auto lungo la strada...

"We enjoyed La Spezia."

The kitchen and living area was good, well equipped and clean. The bedrooms were spacious. Nice bathrooms. We enjoyed the ferry ride to Cinque Terra.

This place is a bit far from the train station and there was no reliable taxi service. There is no outdoor space.

Très bon accueil de l'hôte qui a répondu à toutes nos questions et qui s'est rendu disponible par téléphone. Appartement propre,bien équipé. Malgré les ventilateurs, il faisait quand-même chaud avec ses températures extérieures. Nous vous conseillons cet appartement.
