Satisfait, satisfait ! Mieux que ce qu'on attendait. Equipements de l'appartement au top. Rién ne manquait. On avait tout ce qu'il fallait pout le petit dejeuner. L'hote, tres gentil. Tres bon acceuil. Appartement tres propre et calme. Emplacement pratique si une visite des 5 terres en vue. Je recommande cet appartement si vous etes un groupe de voyageur.

Room to accommodate up to 11 people with a combination of double beds, bunk beds and a double fold out sofa bed. There are two bathrooms in the property, with a well equipped kitchen. The owner was very helpful when we first met and gave us useful information about the bus routes and the local area. The property is in a residential area, it takes approximately 20-25 mins to walk to the centre of La Spezia. There are various bus routes that take you in and out of town. 21 bus which stops very near the property, the others 11, P and N stop around a 5 mins walk away from the bus stops at the bottom of the hill.

The bus routes stop operating just after 10:30 pm , so if you come back late into La Spezia need to walk back to the apartment.
