Camrose Motel

Had to ask the attendant to turn the air conditioner on , never did . Charged me for my 4 nights the day I checked in . Pubic hair all over the bathrooms .

Let’s see….addicts living in an RV in a small parking lot with not nearly enough parking for guests. Hotel claims to be renovated. But done poorly. Room was beyond hot when arrived. Couldn’t open window to allow air into the room. Beds uncomfortable. Pillows horrible. Stayed in so called “suite” on second floor. The stairway is dangerous and poorly lit. And to top it off manager knocked on the door at 11pm asking what time we would be checking out the next morning.

The residents of this motel are very loud and keep you up all night long

First off the key didn’t work in the door. He had to show me a special trick to get it to work. Fix it!!! Then I left for awhile, came back to some guy singing. He sang off and on very loudly until around 11:30 at night. Then started in again at 6 am. It appears he lives here. You can’t tell me that this hasn’t been a problem before. Tell him to be quiet!! I stayed here to go to a funeral. Never again! I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. I guess you get what you pay for! The room itself was decent but was clean. There’s coffee but no cups.

Overbooked the rooms. Would not refund the money for the overbooking and would not answer calls from Expedia. I got charged $135 and never got a room or a refund. DO NOT BOOK here. The customer service was horrible and the person that answered the phone when I tried to address my concerns could not communicate in English. Super unimpressed.

Dirty Sheets and blanket, Burn holes on sheets, TV problem, slippery stairs and balcony

My room was defaced behind the bathroom door and on the bathroom walls with graffiti in black ink, very creepy.. The towels and sheets had a bad smell. The front desk area was dirty. I’m going to ask for a refund.

There wasn't any toilet paper in the room, had to ask at front desk for a roll. Could not access the wifi even after asking for help at the front desk. Air conditioner in the window means cold air gets in on winter nights and there is almost no sound muffling between outside and inside, covers over the AC units could help with the cold but I'm not sure if anything could be done to muffle sounds from outside. Toilet would run water continuously after flushing unless the handle was jiggled.
