It was so hot in my suite with windows that don’t open or ac that works it was tough to sleep, very noisy, and place was dirty

My wife went into labour 2 days into a 4 night stay and I was unable to get a refund when asking to checkout early. This policy wasn't evident at the time of booking. When I politely asked the front desk for a refund/credit or any alternative they pointed to a handwritten sign on the wall that said "no refunds." The adult in charge spke another language and was using a child as a translator, so communication was very difficult. I prioritized my family over this refund or any kind of resolution but will not be back and would strongly advise against staying here.

Checked in and saw how filthy, and run down the room and facilities were. Went back to the lobby to return the key, because no way were we staying there. There was a big sign that said no refunds. Worst motel I have ever seen.

We stayed in a double queen room. The mattress on one bed was dirty, badly stained and totally worn out. Very lumpy. Impossible to be comfortable on. The night stand had not been pulled out and very dirty behind it and the headboard. The owner knocked on the door at 8:45 asking when we were checking out. We had till 11. Had I been sleeping I would not have been impressed. My husband was still sleeping. Won’t be staying there again and won’t recommend.

Nice and clean place to stay

Old bedding, pillows. Chipped areas and rust spots in the tub. I only showered. 2 pods of coffee supplied. Hinted on more and received 2 more for 2nd week.

I was asked to prepay for my room that I had booked for 4 people. When I called to prepay I was told I’d be charged $25 per extra person per night. Then I was called after i had prepaid for the room and asked when I was coming to check in for my room I had booked. They were trying to get 2-3 night reservations out of me plus the extra person charge for extra cleaning when the room wasn’t super clean in the first place. Dusty under the bed and baseboards, garbage under the bed as well as dirt and weird stains on the bedding. I would never recommend this place and would drive elsewhere to stay if this was my only choice. They should really do the extra cleaning they’re trying to charge for.

I had dead bugs in my room and flying around in my room while I slept. Pretty disgusting. But the man at the front desk was very friendly and polite.
