Unprofessional staff Hotel appearance look old and tired Other guest that were already staying there complaint to me and my wife about the property. Location views were not appealing.

The property is clean and conveniently located to downtown and lots of restaurants

There are no pots, plates, silverware, cups, coffee maker or toaster in the room. We did get a toaster from the front desk but it didn’t work. Also, no food available for free breakfast. Train and freeway are very close so if you are on the side near them it is noisy

Location was convenient

Toilet was not working properly at first. we had to plunge every time we used the restroom the blanket is practically a sheet and the pillows were flat

Nothing it’s in a bad location and it’s dirty

The front desk staff were horrific. They turned me and my three kids away in the middle of the night, even though I already paid for my room, because their system was down due to being audited. Then threatened to call the cops because I was pleading with them that me and my kids are alone in a dangerous part of town at 1 o’clock in the morning and I couldn’t find another hotel at that hour. They left us to sleep in our car and all they had to do was check me in later once their system was up and running. Absolutely horrible people running this location.

Clean not far from anything

The beds are old you can feel the springs my neighbor on the third floor is apparently a known issue. But somehow you are the problem if you report them to management. Never in my life have I had a neighbor tap on the window and slam a door at 5 in the morning EVERY morning for a cat! For management to say my husband is in the wrong for staying something after the third day to management! Place is a joke if you are visiting and not living there!
