Manager was very rude to multiple people

Your general manager is harassing residents. This poor man asked them to not spray his room, knowing that he passes room checks. He is a sick man with respiratory issues and aneurysms in his heart he cannot have them spray chemicals in the room because It can last up to 24 hours and affect his breathing. General manager did not like him telling them that. General manager had maintenance come to his room unannounced making up some story of a chemical smell. He had complained about further in the day. Unfortunately the general manager can't read it states please do not spray chemicals in the room it can affect his respiratory system. When maintenance went into room he told me that the maintenance guy had no clue why he was there he was just standing there supposedly this general manager asked him to smell all the maintenance could smell was good he says it smells really good in here. Tosha is a married women, cheating with her staff. If only her husband knew what she was doing at the casino. You really need to look into what this general manager's doing she's wasting your money and doing nothing all day.

the stench of weed, broken bed, broken fridge, noisy, We could hear all the yelling around us. It was definatly not a non smoking property. if it wasn't bed time i would have left

The staff were horrible they broke into my car around they broke the door knob they took 4 phones N a pair of my shoes N threw all the papers and everything every were and when asked to see cameras they said they didnt have any we seen them N then said they cant show us anything the security didnt care he doesnt even watch the property N there be alot of unknowN cars filled with things that js park around and watch people all day til the night i want something done about this

Very terrible. Your front staff look high. Tasha is very dishonest. She is cheating on her husband. Goes to casino, with male maid. She will cover up anything that staff do. You call 1800 number. It just goes to Tasha. You will be charged 250 deposit for anything wrong with room. Trust me she finds something. You will get charged. Not worth the hassle. How does a lady that has no clue, how to run a hotel. Be in charge. Her poor husband has no clue. Sad
