- Gute Verkehrsanbindung an Bus - freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal - sehr sauberes Zimmer - Massagesessel im Zimmer - Möglichkeit Gepäck bereits vor Check In abzugeben - Kofferversand direkt vom Hotel aus möglich

- Zimmer war sehr klein - keine Möglichkeit Kleidung in Schränke oä unterzubringen

"Friendliest of staff, great location"

First off, very good location. I proposed to my gf a day or two before coming to this hotel and had informed them previously and they put a little “congrats on your marriage” card alongside a towel swan on the bed. Which was very sweet. So needless to say the staff are super friendly. If you’re driving there are quite a few parking lots around the hotel so you should be able to find a spot, the hotel can also give you a recommendation on where to park :) Would recommend this hotel to any friends who are staying in Kyoto.
