Lovely staff who were super helpful, very clean throughout, very nice breakfast buffet with wide selection of Japanese and Western options, including plenty of vegetarian ones. Great location on a quiet street but also central, with easy transport connections around Kyoto.

Good-sized rooms and very clean. The staff was very helpful. We needed a twin bedroom, and they accommodated us (of course, with a cost), but it was still affordable, and that room and bathroom were even more spacious. Very close to attractions such as Nishigi market etc, one could walk there.
