"Disappointed very basic room."

Price

This was as basic a room as one can get. It had dust all over like it hadn't been cleaned or used in a while. It had no food services, even though the app said vending was available.

It was a Easy check in

The front office manager if that’s what u would even call her! She has zero customer service skills ! One of the most rudest unprofessional managers I’ve ever seen in my entire life. The cleaning lady took some very important things I left in my room.

Location to the airport.

The room rate of cigarette smoke. The outside stairwell was so filthy. No vending machines no ice machines. It was only one blanket and sheet on the bed no extra covers.
