The staff. I arrived around 11PM. Nobody at the reception. I used the phone to call someone and then that lady has showed up. Really disappointed to be there. Didn’t say a word with me and was really rude. I will Never come back. It was her job to only do my checking.

Regina at reception was very kind and checked me in very late after a flight cancellation. The bed was very clean and comfortable and wifi was pretty fast.

The room itself was cared for by housekeeping and as clean as it could be (the bed was spotless and very comfy!), but the small suite was in a terrible state overall. Pieces of plastic molding were peeling off all over the place, some bits were taped on, there was water damage under the kitchen sink, a terrible smell from both the kitchen and bathroom sink drains when I ran water, each cabinet I opened seemed to catch and peel in a different way. Management needs to renovate badly. This has nothing to do with staff or housekeeping - they clearly care and do what they can. All of the issues are with the property itself. It's very clear that the owners/managers haven't invested anything in this property in a very, very long time. The walls were also VERY thin. I could hear the couple in the room next to me argue, and then have a...good time several times throughout the night. I could also hear other guests having conversations outside throughout the night, and could smell cigarette smoke drifting in from outside despite having windows closed and a/c off. Again - the staff was wonderful! It's the property that needs full renovation. I cannot recommend anyone staying here until ownership makes some major improvements. I hope they make those improvements before they lose their staff.

This is the first extended stay that I’ve stayed in that was this nasty. I booked with booking.com and paid in advance. Get to check in desk and the guy argues with me about me not paying yet, after finally showing him my bank statement we settled that. Once I opened the door to the room the smell of stale cigarettes and ass hit me and had me gagging. Luckily I had some spray to freshen up the room. I walk across the room and the carpet was really sticky and nasty looking. I go to lay on the bed and could’ve sworn I was laying down in the parking lot, the bed was so hard and to top it all off all they provided for a “blanket” was a bed sheet and a very thin decorative cover sheet. Nothing about this hotel is good that I witnessed, this is by far the worst extended stay I have ever stayed at.

The staff, especially Sunny & Regina they made the stay great with their pleasant personalities. Great hispatality and always making sure that you are comfortable and have everything that you need.

It was old yet clean, however it stunk of smoke because someone obviously was not following smoking policy. I was unable to stay. Staff was awesome and tried to accommodate the best he could.
