PLThe staff was very friendly. The location was good for us ( close to the port & Main Street)
The aircon was very loud, it was not possible to use it for more than 5 minutes as you had a headache. Also, it did not have a remote so you have to stood up on a beg every time you wanted to switch it on/off. Allot of ants in the bathroom. The room had a bad smell. No natural light in a room as the window was blocked by another building

HUWe needed to move to a sister hotel, due to our room having a really musty smell that they couldnt get rid of. The staff was extremely helpful, they arranged the change and even received a massage voucher from them.

IEWe had the most wonderful stay in SG Tourist Inn and couldn't rate the service enough. We stayed for 4 nights in an Ocean View room with balcony and it was very comfortable, great AC and only minutes walk from the centre of El Nido, yet still quiet enough to sleep well. In all the places we have stayed in general, the staff in this hotel exceeded all our expectations. They are the kindest and friendliest team and couldn't do enough for us, including organising tours, transfers, bikes and more. Special mention to Mackie and Mars who are fantastic at their job and made us feel so at home. Thank you so much!
