BRStaff are really friendly and kind, smiling all the time (even when they need to give you bad news). Breakfast is good, made by them as soon as you arrive at the breakfast area. They supported us booking a Tuktuk to take us to our next stop.
The room they put us in had infiltration and mould on the ceiling (and it smelled a lot like mould) - pictures below. I have allergies so I could not stay there, so I asked to change rooms and there was no availability, neither at this location nor at the other unit they have in town - so I had to pay extra for the available room which was a family one. I asked more than once if they were sure they wanted to charge me considering the mould and they said yes.. which was unbelievable to me. Overall cleanliness is not good, dirty on the windows and on the bathroom as well. Funny to see that the smell/mould is something that appears on the reviews - and that even though they say they are on top of it, it is still there. In terms of location: El nido town is super small, so SG inn is close to the main restaurants and stores, but this is a bad location behind the port - the way to get there is quite dirty and dark at night. In summary: For the price we ended up paying, considering we had to pay extra for the only available room that didn’t have mould, you can book something better in town, at a better location.

GBStayed one night and could have stayed longer. Nice staff, good location and well signed. Breakfast was okay. Good hot water.
The wifi did not reach our room and even in communal areas was not great. The TV channels were very fuzzy. But for one night for us, not a huge issue.

ESThe staff was very friendly and respectful, always at your disposal.
Unfortunately, we were 4 of us and the shared room is very small. No space to store your stuff, very hard beds and lots of bugs all over the place. We had to change rooms because of the noise from the air conditioning and because the bathroom window did not work and a giant spider came in. There were also ants. The experience has been very horrifying. And not worth the price.
