Breakfast was good, good view from breakfast area.

Horrible running water quality: water was brownish in color and smelled like sewer. El Nido municipal water supply has issues with fecal coliform, but hotel should have additional water storage and purification system. Water supply was intermittent. There was no running water in the morning and late evening. We had to ask at the reception for someone to fill the hotel water tank…. There was no hot water during our stay because of a water heater problem that was disclosed to us just after we paid! The toilet was so cramped that one needs to be an acrobat to use. The shower did not drain well and water leaked into the bathroom. There was no top sheet on the bed and hotel asked for extra fee to provide one! Staff was not willing to accommodate many requests and were very fast to reply “no”. Closest beaches in El Nido are not swimmable due to high fecal coliform bacteria concentration.

Nice location and super friendly staff

The AC was quite loud so must be turn off at night to sleep, there was no room to put your things in the room and the shower door was broken. Little bit pricey for the facilities.

Location was good had a tv an ac which isnt always a given.freindly staff.

View was awesome (except for the pond at low tide). Location nice and quiet. Staff were friendly.

Lack of hand towels, no hand soap, needed to ask for a kettle and cups/glasses. It would be nice if bathroom bins could be changed daily.
