The staff was super friendly.

After I had several itchy stitches alles over my body i searched the bed and found bedbugs...

Nothing

Rooms are filthy and smell terribly moldy. When we told the receptionist that we are not able to sleep in a tiny room with such conditions she was friendly at first and agreed to a full refund. The Hotel never accepted the refund via booking. Instead they contacted me the next day in Whatsapp and told me that this is not their refund policy eventhough we had agreed to a full refund before. They lied to me that only booking can do the refund and otherwise I would have to pay. Also they stopped answering any messages from me or from booking. Pretty scummy behaviour. It took several weeks of phone calls and emaila with the booking support which finally gave me my refund. (Still no answer from the hotel). The location is central but busy and noisy. Would not recommend this to anyone.

Dead cockroach and we saw the dirty linens on the bed. Looking closely: the bed was full with bedbugs. We asked for another room and it was told that they‘re fully booked- still available rooms on booking.com though. We grabbed our stuff and left…

Great location, just out of the main road of El Nido where you have the restaurants and bars. Just on the other side of the port. Breakfast included Super friendly staff that made us welcome immediately

Needs a little refreshment

The hotel staff were very nice, they were very helpful and took care of everything we needed. The hotel has a good location on the beach and near the city center.

The room was well cleaned, but upon entering it there was a smell of damp which definitely affected our experience of the stay.

Mars was very nice!!!
