Mould on window and around it. Bed bugs on double bed Ants nest in shower Smell of dampness and mould made me unwell and that of my friend. Property down a dark alley with barbed wire around outside or it: Upon arrival at midnight went to check in and as soon as you walk into property the smell is just there. Upon going to room I said to the staff member there is no way that it habitable and had bed bugs and mould: she apologised however offered a shared room downstairs. Upon opening that door the smell would have knocked you out. If that place was in UK it would be condemned and not allow people to actually pay and live there. I contacted booking.com to lodge complaint and take this off their list of places to stay and requested a refund given I had no where else to go, so sat up after 22 hours travelling, the full night and sat on chairs. We were not offered refund not even a sorry, booking.com said they can’t do anything. I contacted SG Inn and requests money back and they have ignored my messages. Am used to camping and hostels back in Scotland, even a bothy in the mountains back home is clearer than this absolute dive.

Wifi was not working for the whole stay. It wouldn’t reach the room!!! And mobile internet was weak in the area, so it was a hassle.

SG Tourist Inn was a Terrible experience. • Only one sheet provided for the bed, no blanket, when asked for a blanket we were given another sheet, then 30mins later knocked at our door wanting extra money for the “blanket” • We booked an including breakfast, which was not provided. When asked the receptionist looked shocked, we had to show her proof and she said “oh we Mabye could do eggs & rice”. No other options of times or details so we opted out and was not asked about the other mornings. • Front desk increased the price of a booked tour hours after confirmation. Price advertised in reception is Not correct. • Booked a van for 9:30 AM, confirmed the time and location multiple times via text and in person, but were called at 8:45 AM to say the van had been waiting and there was no 9:30 AM van. This forced us to rush, and the pickup location was incorrect. ⁃ The room was very dirty, the AC was loud, tv doesn’t work, no fridge in rooms and the pillows were old and lumpy. The walls and bathrooms need a very good scrub! (Mabye fresh paint) Communication was poor or nonexistent throughout. Only good thing about this place is its location & it’s quiet at night until 5am.
