Extremely friendly and welcoming staff Mars and Jolly. Both were very helpful in any matter (planning trips, recommending restaurants, bars, renting scooter).

Sometimes no hot water (which is normal on El Nido snd not the hotels fault)

Booked a family room for 6nights, room is very small for 4 people, it is poorly maintained, cracks & moulds on ceiling, leaking water in the toilet, no liquid hand soap, they only provide 1 toilet paper for the whole family each time you request, occasionally dirty water coming out from the tap (brownish in colour), at some point of our stay we were left without a running water overnight and was only rectified the next morning after all the complaints with the other hotel guests, no daily room cleaning unless you request, very poor wifi/internet connection, TV is useless can’t get any single channel to watch, non functioning safe.

The only thing that I keep is the great staff

I liked how accommodating the staff there, sweet and very welcoming..

What I didn't like was the very poor of internet connection.. 😕

The hotel is just as it is described, our room was perfect for our 4 days with warm shower, enough space, good simple breakfast with views to the port and easy access to el nido main town for dinner on a walk distance. The staff was also super helpful if you needed anything!
