Lovely location, so tranquil Really good

On arrival l was told that coffee tea sugar milk sachets would be replenished, l wasn't to pleased because they weren't so l had to purchase at the village co op.

"Would recommend and come again"

The room was clean and the bed was big and comfy. The shared kitchen was well equipped, and there's a nice field outside which our dog enjoyed. It was good value for money

Very minor things: it's a bit of a walk on the main road to the village, but it was only 15 minutes. Having a dog costs £5/night; cheap and affordable but we were only told after booking.

"Very peaceful and cozy"

It was clean cozy, everyone was so friendly. It was peaceful. The owners pets were the cutest! They really thought about the guests staying giving amazing history on the place and stories in the guest book. The Shops are not even a 5 minute drive away. I will be100% coming back to stay

"Dark sky, great location"

Great location in dark sky reserve. Near to Bellingham & it’s lovely waterfall too. Clean, Quiet, Comfy bed, great shared kitchen.

"Spring Folk weekend in the village was fab and had a comfortable place to stay. No problems."

I was taking part in spring folk weekend in Bellingham. Would usually stay in camper van but that was suddenly not possible. The booking system was easy and this was a lovely place with a sense of history. Liked all the historical information about Brownriggs and Hadrians Wall not far Liked the fact there was a kitchen with facilities accessible. Lots of lovely walks nearby and a beautiful dark sky,

Nothing!I was confused about booking in times but there wasn't a problem at all. if I'm being picky the drive was a bit potholey but thats true everywhere just now. There was lots of parking space. I didn't see staff ( my hisband may have) so didn't answer that question.

"Clean comfortable and tastefully equipped"

This was very nice clean and comfortable

The only problem we encountered was that our shower was on the cold side
