Marriott St. Louis West

This is my favorite hotel to stay at when I’m working in St. Louis. The staff is fantastic and the rooms are wonderfully quiet. After a small issue my last stay, Ryan took care of it quickly and kindly. I’ll be coming again because of their customer service.

I was a little disappointed in the hotel. I’ve stayed there in past and lived nearby so would meet friends there. It is amount the the most expensive hotels in St. Louis and would expect that level of performance. The bar personnel were friendly and efficient the desk people not so much. Check in went ok but when I got to the room I found the phone on the desk along wit the charger did not work. On my way to the bar I. Stopped and asked the desk to get it fixed and borrow a charger. The female clerk was not able to anything because they did not have a charger for my I phone but she would get maintainence to look at it. Got back from dinner and still no charger. Called desk and male clerk informed me that none of the chargers in the hotel worked but if I came down he would get me one. He was not able to have delivered. At your price level one would expect the hotel to inform you that the chargers don’t work and offer an alternative, at check in. Why the unnecessary hassle?

Very convenient location next to Maryville University. Very friendly representative at the front desk.

Lovely older hotel but nice and very close to St Luke’s Hospital.

Every year during the Christmas holiday, I travel to St. Louis to spend time with family and friends. The ONLY hotel I will stay at is the Marriott St. Louis West because of how they treat all their guests. First of all, the cleanliness and festiveness of the hotel is fantastic. But what really makes this hotel special is the hospitality and genuineness of the staff. Assistant Front Office Manager Robert Davis and also Mya Simmons were instrumental in making my holiday visit a memorable one and went out of their way daily to ensure I was taken care of and if they could do anything more for me. I saw them treat other guests with this same kind of care and concern and it really made my visit fantastic. I can't say enough positive about the rest of the other staff as well as there wasn't one negative aspect about this hotel. Thanks for another fantastic Christmas in the STL, Marriott St. Louis West!

Very nice location. Away from congestion. Lots of comfy common areas. Close to area shopping and restaurants. Favorite place to stay when here overnight in Chesterfield Mo
