Messy front desk and lobby crowded with toonchie fodder.

Trash left in wastebasket under desk. Everything else fine.

Very beautiful, quiet location. Hotel is somewhat dated but we'll care for. The room was nice, but the bed was too hard for my tastes. Breakfast buffet was delicious, but only staffed by one worker, so refills were slow.

This is a very nice hotel. The courtyard was very nice with a lake. There was no coffee in the room, but there was complementary coffee in the lobby.

Staff was courteous and attentive to our needs

Super disappointed there was no cleaning in our 2 night stay. We had 1 towel in our room I asked for me and was told no. Toilet ran all night long.

Business hotel located on the western edge of the city. Not far off I-64 but in a secluded setting of a business park. Comfortable beds and clean rooms. Front desk staff were very welcoming and helpful. Free parking in adjacent parking ramp. A bit of a drive to get into downtown St Louis, taking about 20 minutes without traffic. However, I thought the hotel presented excellent value for what it offered and for the rates we found.

Never had this much trouble checking into a hotel. The staff at the desk was rude and unhelpful. They refused service to my daughter aswell. Rob at the desk was very disrespectful to my daughter and laughed in her face while manager watched. Very unprofessional staff and hope they get it together.
