Bluebird Cady Hill Lodge

nice place. close to lots of restaurants and actitives - They have a nice fire pit with chairs for a glass of wine at night. The rooms could use a bit more lights. Bend was comfortable and the shower was good Reagen was great!

Just another light in the room. and some additional equipment in the gym would have been nice. The walkway to the main building needs repair as it is not level so at night it could be a bit dangerous.

Planned a spur of the moment weekend trip with my wife for our anniversary. Overall? Absolutely one of the best stays I've ever had anywhere. I highly recommend it! Location? Fantastic. You're not more than 15 minutes from anything (Ben and Jerry's factory, smugglers notch scenic route, some waterfalls and covered bridges, farms and amazing apple cider or maple syrup) and usually less than 10 minutes from most things (Stowe town village, a bunch of different shops, restaurants, trails, some waterfalls and covered bridges) it is a super convenient location for sure. Price? Competitive. It was one of the lower priced stays for what it offered, which was vast. Room? Cozy. We bring our own blankets cause it helps us sleep better when traveling but the bed was comfy and the bathroom was spacious with the shower being integrated with the bathroom. Closet with a small fridge with a microscopic freezer. (Not a problem just a fact to prepare for) Amenities? They probably have it. (Not a steam room but literally everything else from a sauna, pool, Jacuzzi, gym, great room, pool table in the arcade, food menu you can order from, a fire pit and bike and hiking trails right out back) Concierge? Priceless! Had to save the best for last. Robin was the main day concierge behind the front desk between Wednesday and Sunday and was absolutely amazing. Robin provided my wife and I with information about the town and some off the more interesting places to check out, one being a place where a golden retriever experience was, Golden Dog Farm. On top of that, was kind enough to put our Ben and Jerry's pint in the staff freezer when we realized it would not fit in the one in our room so a huge thank you to you for that again Robin! (I have to assume you'll see this at some point lol) If you're staying in Stowe, why aren't you staying at Cady Hill Lodge?

Love the location and the aesthetic of Cady Hill Lodge. The staff is also lovely!

This our 2nd time here. Our first stay 2 years ago was 10/10. This time, we couldn’t regulate the temperature in the room, no hot water in the shower or cold water in the sink. There was visible dust around the bathroom light fixtures, and the beds were not comfortable.

Really cool modern wooden-style lodge. amazing common area. nice pool and a hot tub. rooms have private balconies and access to the 'backyard'. Really nice staff. Walking distance from restaurants and downtown Stowe. Lovely!
