Well let start by ac was not working my room was hot sec my room smelled then was a leak from sec floor threw my vent leaking all over my bathroom then towels Were soaking wet and they lady at front desk was very rude and Sunday my room Key didn’t work and had to wait 5 hours for someone to let me in my room

Nothing it was terrible and drug infested. When I requested the refund due to my refusal to live in those conditions I was told that law enforcement would be called if I didn’t leave. The manager refused to listen to anything I had to say.

Nothing.

This place is a not a safe place. My door was unlocked with a key and pushed open 15 min after we got into the room. I asked for a refund after having to spend two nights with my son in our vehicle (December!) in a parking lot. I only received a partial refund. This is only part of the story... it was absolutely insane trying get a hold of someone about the situation. Never again will I ever stay here.

There wasn’t any thing to like about this establishment

Poor communication skills from management, incompetence from management staff on 12/25 . When asked to explain how they assigned rooms to multiple customers he threatened to call the police and they assigned a room filled with trash bags , bed wasn’t made, no shower curtain , microwave was filthy and roaches were found in the cabinets due to dirty environment

Location and good rate

WiFi wasn’t good wouldn’t connect to Roku stick, hot water not very hot
