It was difficult to find. It was in a sketchy location around a whole bunch of abandoned buildings. When I got inside, a guy was getting his key coded. I asked if there was a problem with the keys in the machine and she said no. I asked for a room on the first floor, but I was told there were none available. I told her I am handicap and I need to get my money back. The other attendant volunteered to bring my bags up for me. When I got to the room, the first thing that hit me was the smell of smoke and the realization that the pictures online were taken probably in the 80s. The place was disgusting. There was rust all in the refrigerator all over the sink. Everything had a thick layer of scum when I went back to the car and came back. My key was messed up and I was hit with about five people standing right on the balcony smoking. What I realized is this is a long-term stay for people with low income. It seemed as if I could possibly get mugged carjacked or worse there I wouldn’t recommend this to a homeless person. After my card locked me out about four times and then she had to come and try to act like she didn’t know what was going on. I went downstairs and told her to give me my money back and I was leaving. I had to drag my bags back downstairs by myself, and one of them ended up breaking. I will definitely never return to another extended stay of America.

Terrible

The room only had a bed 1chair and a table for two people My husband had trouble breathing.

Dirty, unclean and unsanitary. Actually found another persons garbage under the bed. Slept with the bed against the door because of the unsavory characters outside all night long. Terrible and will never go back

My door wouldn’t shut and another room wasn’t provided for me.

That it was by the highway.

The room had a bad smell, The bathroom door was broken the showerhead didn't work,and I think it was a bullet hole in the wall.

Roaches were in the room and it could've been clean better

I had a very comfortable room when l came in l enjoyed seeing my son family and friends day and graduation was wonderful

This hotel stay was one of the worst that I've ever experienced. The property was filthy. There were holes in the walls and broken amenities with roaches crawling all over when you turn the light on in the morning. My room wreaked of cigarette smoke to the point where I had to go get air fresheners for the room. The few nights that I was there my air conditioning unit was only blowing warm humid air. I called 2 days in a row and they did not fix it and told me they would try again tomorrow. I am there for work so sleep is very important to me and it is getting towards summertime so it is very hot. Only with the last night did I get a different room that actually had a working air conditioning unit. Do not stay here. I would never recommend this to anyone.
