Diamond necklace stolen by housekeeping. Tone deaf response from Front Desk Manager and filed incident with security. Marriott member since 1996 and lifetime platinum elite. Never had to file a report. Old rooms with popcorn ceilings with outlets too loose to hold plugs for over $500 a night. Do not stay here.

Location was on point. The shower pressure is amazing.

Pool was cold, explanation of the free ticket offers and 15$ a day food and drink vouchers and how they work. I didn’t get any tickets (line was to long to wait and ask) food and drink vouchers I didn’t find out are only if you bill to the room which wasn’t something I was willing to do.
