It was un-safe, people fighting in parking lot!! People having sexual encounters in the car!! The room was NOT what the picture looked like, it was dirty, hair all over bed, door barely locked!!! Horrible!!! Would neverrrr stay here again

Nothing at all booked a week before my reservation date and I got to the hotel before 12 am and they said my rooms were not available for some reason. They could not explain why. Terrible service and nobody was at the front desk

NOTHING

It was so filthy! Dirty feces on the roller seat. Broken table leg. No toilet paper. Walls was heavily destroy ed and peeling paint

I was not happy with this hotel. I did not get the room I booked. I wanted a king room, but I ended up with two doubles. I was on the third floor, and the steps smelled like pee, cigarettes, and weed. My room also smelled like cigarettes. There was no soap in my room, nothing to cook or eat with, and only two sets of towels. The floor was dirty. This is not what I expected out of the Extended Stay America brand. I have pictures to show also.

How quite it stayed

I'm disabled, and shared that prior to arriving. I need a grab bar in the shower. They didn't put me in an accessible room, like I had reserved. Then they put me on the 2nd floor, and there wasn't an elevator. It took me hours every day trying to navigate my wheelchair up the stairs, then down once up. I don't know how I can express how frustrating that was. I still can, shouldn't have to, i have multiple sclerosis, and that much effort took away from the festival I was there to participate in. for that I am happy. One day I won't be able to. This is/was unacceptable!!!

I still stay I’ma come back again as soon as possible. It won’t be long before I be back again. I like these people they treat you right you know I like getting out here because problems you know I like things like that so yeah, I like the way they have been helpful.

I have never had an experience like this. From the ghetto , unprofessional, lazy staff. To the filthy roach infested filthy rooms . The bed literally had dirty sheets still on them and the tub was filthy. I do not recommend ANYONE to stay here. On top of all that it was drug addicts in the parking lot all night. NEVER AGAIN!!!!
